Puppy Visits
Our Puppy Visits include feeding, playtime, toilet breaks, lead training and early socialisation. We can visit your puppy during the day, whilst you are out at work, to break up the long day for them and relieve boredom.
The early months of a puppy’s life are very important and ideally your puppy should be exposed to a broad range of sights, sounds and experiences. A well socialised puppy is more likely to result in a confident, sociable and well adjusted adult dog.
During our Puppy Visits we will teach your puppy simple commands such as the sit, down, stay, basic recall and obedience. We will also begin to lead train your puppy making the progression onto dog walking a lot simpler.
We have many years experience with puppies so we are happy to offer you advice on worming, vaccinations and diet and will work with you to ensure both you and your puppy get off to the best possible start.
When your puppy is old enough and fully vaccinated it can move on to our Dog Walking Service, the perfect way to get it used to the big wide world. For young dogs, socialising is essential education and the benefits of simply socialising with other dogs are invaluable. Your dog will learn how to interact with other dogs and become a sociable dog.
An initial consultation visit is made in your home before confirmation of a booking. This consultation is free of charge. This visit allows us the opportunity to meet your puppy and for your puppy to meet us, also to discuss the level of care your puppy needs, go through their daily routine and answer any questions you may have. We will also bring with us our insurance policy and documents, CRB/ Police Check, animal first aid certificates and contactable references from our many happy customers.
